Rice and Three Curries £8!
I have been to quite a few Rice & 3 spots around Manchester and this takes the number 1 spot. Firstly it gets 5 / 5 on the food hygiene rating and has been around for 30 years. Really convenient location for Northern Quarter and Picadilly area and although there are only four tables in the restaurant when we went at lunchtime there was one available and most people take the food away with them. Really generous portion size and everything is made fresh order, so although it does take a little bit longer to serve the food, you know everything is cooked fresh- Service

Thank you
Truly fantastic curry house and as calling mid afternoon there was no problem getting one of the few tables available. Everything cooked to order and able to eat the 3 curry and rice with a chapati and still get change out of a tenner.

A Manchester institution, easily in the top 3 Rice n Three spots in the city. Authentic, affordable, quick and unbelievably flavorful selection of curries, kebabs and samosas etc. Curries also cooked to order but well worth it. A gift that keeps on giving! Card machine also a bonus! PS don't judge a book by its cover, especially with this place!

Pound for pound one of the best curries I’ve ever had. £8 for rice and three and the quality is right up there with curries I have paid double, triple for. Don’t let the surroundings put you off. This is well made, freshly made Indian food as it’s best. Alcohol not served but you don’t need it as it’s a fairly quick service

Absolutely amazing food. The lamb jalfrezi fell apart and tasted incredible along with the chicken Karahi and keema and potato. The nan was fresh and so light. Best curry I think I’ve ever had. Thank you and will definitely be back 👌🏼

I haven't visited for some time but decided to stop by during my lunch break. Despite it being over a year, I was warmly welcomed by the family run team.
The food quality was as fantastic as I remembered; their homemade breads are easily the best I've tried. The lamb was very succulent, and the was sauce is rich. It's not the cheapest lunch option, but for the price and taste, it still represents good value.
Whilst the location is modest, the experience is authentic.
There are a lot of good curry cafes in the area, but for me, Marhaba is still the best.- Service

A great rice and three cafe. Unlike the others in Manchester, which serve canteen style, they cook each dish fresh in pans so you have to wait a bit for your food. We had chana, daal and spinach curries, a veg samosa, and a chapati which was the star of the show. It came to £9 which for quantity and quality was great.

This place is fantastic. Please don't be put off by the location: the area around Back Piccadilly looks like the alleyway where Bruce Wayne's parents were killed, but this little restaurant is one of Manchester's hidden gems! 3 curries and rice out of a choice of dozens of combinations is a real lunchtime treat, all freshly made with authentic spices. The staff are all lovely and friendly and always remember familiar faces. I can't recommend this place highly enough, it's superb.- Food

Ridiculously wonderful food. No frills just lovingly well produced extremely flavoursome dishes. Real home made street food without the marketing. Family run tiny curry restaurant that puts effort into every dish everyday. Basic space, magnificent food. How I like it.

Don’t go there expecting a fancy restaurant vibe. Just go to enjoy the food. You will not be disappointed. Absolute little gem hidden away!

Absolutely fantastic food. Best cafe curry food I've tasted.

Thanks you
I don't come in here as often as I should. Basically I'm not in Manchester thru the week as much as I used to be. The food here is superb, Manchester three curry on rice or just curry and a naan... no problem ;-) Right behind spoons on Piccadilly, don't eat in there, come in here, way way better! Me and the Mrs have been coming here for 29 years! Love it, will always love the food here. Check it out ..

101I am looking for a good unpretentious Indian meal. Is this the place to eat?
I have eaten here since 1996..... When Iam home this is my go to place. Amazing staff, amazing food. Genuine dish's and the best chicken nan in the isle's. Don't judge the book by its cover ... All the best to the Marhaba team, Charlie
